Tips to come out Ahead
In Many years of interviewing successful people-Olympic athletes, business executives, astronauts, government leaders and others-I have come to realize that there is a fine line between them and the rest of the pack. I call this line the winner's edge.
This edge is not the result of a privileged environment or having a high IQ, a superior education or unusual talent. Nor it is a matter of luck. The key to the winner's edge, I have found, is attitude.
There are many ingredients in a winning attitude, but the most important is being honest with your self. To do this, you must follow three major precepts:
1. Assume responsibility for your actions. The Bible tells us that as we sow, we reap. Scientists talk of cause and effect. This meaning is the same: our rewards depend on the contributions we make. You yourself must take the credit or the blame for your place in life. Responsible people look at the shackles they've placed upon themselves and, in a moment of truth, declare their independence.
Joe Sorrentino grew up in an inner-city neighborhood, became a teenage gang leader and served a sentence in a reform school. Remembering a primary school teacher's confidence in his academic aptitude, he realized that, despite his poor high-school record, his only hope for success was through education. He returned to night school at 20, went on the University of California where he graduated with honors and then finished at Harvard Law School. He became an outstanding juvenile-court judge in Los Angeles. None of this would have happened if Joe Sorrentino had not had the courage to alter his identity.
2. Find your own gifts; follow your own goals. In Shakespeare's Hamlet, Polonius tells his son: "This above all: to thine own self be true, And it must follow, as the night the day, Thou canst not then be false to any man." Polonius was advising his son to live according to his own deepest convictions and abilities-daring to be different, while respecting the rights of others.
Most of us, however, find ourselves in a quandary. How do we really want to spend our lives? How do we know we have selected the right career or the proper goals?
My research and experience corroborate the importance of learning what we are "good at," rather than letting parents, teachers, friends or economics make our long-range plans for us.
Having been accepted at the US Naval Academy at Annapolis after an outstanding high-school record, I then found it a struggle to make it to graduation. I had gone to the Academy, which was oriented towards engineering, to please my father, and had unwittingly led myself away from my natural interests in communications and human relations. My subsequent Navy career taught me self-discipline, goal setting and team-work. But it has taken me a quarter of a century to find a profession I truly enjoy, where I can express my talents.
3. Don't escape-adapt. The key to success, to mental and physical health, is adaptability. Under pressure, many of us become depressed; lose our incentive and excitement about life. We tend to drink more, smoke more or rely on tranquilizers to help us cope. While alcohol and other anti-anxiety drugs temporarily reduce emotional reactions to threats of pain or failure, they also interfere with our ability to learn to tolerate this stress,
One of the best ways to adapt to the many stresses of life is simply to accept them as normal. The adversity and failures in our lives, if we view them as corrective feedback, serve to develop in us immunity against the adverse responses to stress.
In developing our critical attitudes for success, we must recognize that there is more freedom in society than ever before and more opportunity to express one's talent and opinions. Those who feel that they are forced to do things ar to escape are not in control of their lives. Winners take the talent or potential they were born with and use it fully towards the purpose that makes them feel worth-while. In short, losers let life happen to them; winners make it happen.

Do you think that computers and internet are making your life beautiful?
Computers and internet are one of those great inventions which can make one’s life beautiful. These add a twist in our life and make our life interesting. But overusing of computers and internet can destroy your life.
Many teens are addicted to computer games and hence are destroying their future. They even don’t know what is happening in their family and what is happening outside. They are just playing, playing and playing. But there are some children who balance their life in a great way. They play computer games, study and give time to their family. These types of children succeed in making their life super beautiful.
Now next is internet. Many people think that a computer is nothing without an internet connection (even I also). Internet takes a computer to sky and even beyond it. Internet is limitless but using it with no limit can destroy your life. Again, balancing the things with time is a good thing. Over-addicting to internet can force you to lose your family. I am not joking.
Now you can ask that how can I balance all the things daily. The answer is very simple, just make a timetable for all things you want to do. This is my way to balance things in my life to make it more beautiful. By this method you can save a lot of time and you can do all your work. And remember to make a target.
So, using computers and internet in a limit can make your life beautiful but using them limitless can lead to the failure of your life.
Thanks for reading this post and I will be very happy If you will try not to over-addict these things. A comment is always appreciated.

Protecting the earth can make other’s life beautiful.
Do you know that environment is degrading because of humans only? We are the only ones who are not caring the environment and destroying it. In the zoo at Lusaka, Zambia, there is a cage where the notice reads, “The world’s most dangerous animal.” Inside the cage there is no animal but a mirror where you see yourself. This means that we are the world’s most dangerous animals.
Every human being in this world shares his hand in degrading the environment and exploiting the earth’s natural resources. Like wastage of water, deforestation for making malls, houses etc., are the common things that take place daily in our life. If we try to save the environment, then we can make not only our life beautiful but also other’s life beautiful. We are snatching this earth from our future generations. This should be stopped in order to make their life beautiful.
We are on this earth not only to make our life beautiful but also other’s life beautiful. The survival is not just of the people but of the planet. The environmental problem does not necessarily signal our demise, it is our passport for the future.
In the words of Mr. Lester Brown, “We have not inherited this earth from our forefathers; we have borrowed it from our children.” I think that you understood its meaning. It means that we are destroying this earth and we are snatching this from our children. According to the calculations, this world can destroy after 20-25 years which is very near. So to protect this earth we have to take several steps.
This is not just for us but for others also. I chose this topic to make you aware about the problems of our earth which is in danger. If you can do a single small work to protect the earth then it can be a great contribution for us, for you and for this world. Your single step towards the protection of earth can save this earth.
Give me your suggestions for this topic and tell me what you think about this. Are you doing any tasks to save this earth? Share any if you have done.

Why a poor becomes poorer and a rich becomes richer
Now take a minute and think about the rich person. What have you got? The first thing is that he is rich; the second is that he belongs to business class and the third one is that he is EDUCATED. The most important thing about a rich person is the third one i.e. they are educated. It is the only factor which decides the richness of the person.
And another thing about a rich person is that they do not want more children which help them to reduce their expense.
Now think about a poor person, you will find that they are not very well educated and they are in need for more children. This reason makes difference between a poor and a rich. After having so many children in a poor family, the needs of all children cannot be fulfilled and this makes them poorer. The expenses of their family rise making them poorer.
If you want to become a rich person, then you’re thinking and your education is very important. If you are not doing well in your class, then don’t get upset, you will get many chances.
Now I can expect that you will study well because you want to be a rich person. Now study well and ask me anything if you have any problem and remember that a comment is always appreciated. Thanks for reading and Good Luck for your future. My blessings are always with you and remember to make your life super beautiful life.

Find and Build your Talent.
Take me as an example, some months ago, I was also like you. I felt that I don’t have any talent. But when I tried to find it out, I found that I am a very talented person and everyone admires my talent. I am good in sketching, I can play table tennis extremely well and I can sing also. And now, I started writing articles to find out if I am talented in this field also.
So, I think that the above example made you clear that “without finding your talent, you can’t become talented.” Talent is hidden, but finding it can make you talented. And remember that you can build up a new talent also.
Now you can ask that how to find your talent. The answer is very simple. When I started to find my talent, I first of all started to draw sketches, then I did some cooking (That was horrible) , I played TT with my friends and finally I took my guitar and I started singing. So, if you want to find your talent than you have to start doing some work like I did above. On the first day, try to do something in which you are interested. If you are not good in that then find some tutorials on the internet. If it doesn’t make you good then start doing something else and repeat this task. And finally, you will find your talent and you will become talented.
In the same way, you can build a new talent in yourself also. Join drawing classes etc., and you will find that you made yourself good in that particular field.
So I think that now you are able to find your talent and if you have any query then just ask here and I will try to solve it. And remember that comments make me happy and more confident.
Good Luck and make your life Super Beautiful Life.

Team Work Is Superior To Individual Talent.
Talent wins matches, but team work wins championships.
The above contemplation is the most stirring notion for me I have ever heard.
It really inspires me every time I read it and I hope that it inspired you also. I chose this topic to make you familiar with the advantages of teamwork.
Now take an example of me and my friend Harshil. He is good at designing and he is more artistic then me, and I am good at placing things correctly, I can search the net for anything and I can design web templates. So we decided to make our own websites and then see who will have a good website. It is obvious that he won in the designing of his site but I also managed to get a huge no. of visitors to my site because of my good content and their better placement.
After these results, we decided to start our own website which will be managed by both of us and the results are clear, we made a great website better in design and traffic. But because of the high hosting fee, we stopped that site.
I think that the above example made you aware to the strength of Team work. Please comment your own opinions about team work.

Who solve your problems?
“We can't solve problems by using the same kind of thinking we used when we created them.”
If you are doing it so, then your problems cannot be solved correctly. Just think about it that why I said that it is wrong. This is because your friends and you are of same age and you both have experienced same level of life. So how can a person of same experience level is able to solve your problems?
You can’t get a good help from him as compared to your parents or someone who is elder to you. Your parents can solve your problems and will give you a great amount of help and advice which your friend can’t do.
Parents and other old persons are more experienced than you and they have already seen many problems in their life so how can you expect a better solution from your friends? Some students hesitate to share their problems with their parents which are because of the reason which I already explained in this post. So, don’t ever hesitate asking your problems with your parents as they stand first in your life and can give you better solution than your friends.
In the case, if your friend had experienced a problem already and solved it, then you can ask him/her for the advice and he can solve your problem better than others.
So I think, you understood that your problems can be solved better by your parents rather than your friends. Now please tell me what you think about this and if you are having any problems then ask your parents right now without hesitating. Good Luck.

How to choose a career after education?
There is no scarcity of opportunity to make a living at what you love; there's only a scarcity of resolve to make it happen. |
Today, education has become a part of everyone’s life. Without education you can’t do anything and success goes far away from us. So, education plays an important role in our life.
Now, if you have completed your education, then you must be facing a situation which is very common i.e. you are standing at the position of choosing a career which will decide your future. This choice is the most important choice in one’s life as it decides the future and your comfort as well as your satisfaction with your life.
Because of the advancements in different fields, a number of career options are available to an individual today which makes choosing career a more difficult task.
In order to be successful in career it is important to satisfy the needs and aspirations of a person. Motivating factors that need to be given due attentions in the choice of a career are:
a) Interest: Interest in the career of one’s choice is of paramount importance because it lays the foundation for achieving good results and deriving maximum pleasure and satisfaction in the pursuit of a profession. In its absence, a person may feel like a square peg in a round hole and may not be able to carry on for long in that profession.
b) Monetary Gain: Desirable monetary gain or return is required these days, in choosing a career. Such gains work as incentives and poor, monetary benefits cannot keep the interest of a person alive for a long time in a career.
c) Ideal of Service: In a career of one’s choice a person may not get desired monetary benefits but an ideal of service to the profession chosen with moderate income can help a person in sailing through without feeling unhappy. Such an attitude can help a person in making valuable contribution to the career of one’s choice.
d) Comparison of Advantages and Disadvantages: In the choice of a vocation, it is desirable to make a list of advantages and disadvantages of each occupation before making the final choice. After a careful evaluation of such factors, one should take a decision regarding the vocation of his life. In arriving at the final decision, a person will definitely have to study him as well as the vocation.
So, I think that the above ways will help you in choosing a better career. And remember that your life will give you many chances, so think more on the above ways (specially the last one).
However, a comment is appreciated.
